• James E Reynolds CPA, CFS was born in Riverside, CA. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona, CA with a Bachelors in Accounting. Graduate work included 9 units at California State University in Fullerton. After passing the CPA exam, he continues his education by attending at least 40 hours each year as required for CPA's in Public Practice. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the California Board of Accountancy - License # 16012.
• Jim is a member of American Institute of CPA's, and the California Society of CPA's.
• Jim has been very active in serving his community as follows: Serving as a deacon, elder, or trustee in a number of Protestant churches over the years. Serving in many positions in Lions including Club President, Student Speaker Chairman, and Blood Bank Chairman, Zone Chairman, and Deputy District Governor. He was a member of Lions for over 10 years. Jim and Barbara belong to EV Free Church in Fullerton.
• Jim currently volunteers as Chief Radio Officer for Disaster Communications in Buena Park R.A.C.E.S.for the city of Buena Park. He has been a volunteer with the Buena Park Police Department for 12 years. He has volunteered over 3,500 hours helping with their conversion to computerized paperless reporting, analyzing computerized tracking of crimes, community citizen patrols , assisting with emergency communications, directing traffic at major traffic accidents and crime scenes, and assisting at community events.
• Jim has four children and 5 grandchildren. He and office manager Barbara Miller are married
